HighTeck.shop is an independent retail website operated by PBE Direct, LLC., 616 Powers Street, Eugene, OR 97402. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to PBE Direct, LLC. This is not the official website of High Teck or National Oak Distributors, and references to these brands do not imply ownership or sponsorship of this store.

Using the store

These terms govern use of HighTeck.shop and purchases through this website. We serve individuals and businesses in eligible US destinations. Product-specific legal age, purchaser, use and shipping restrictions apply. You must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization to place an order.

Provide accurate order, contact, payment and delivery information. Use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful conduct, unauthorized access or interference with other customers.

Products and technical information

Review the product, size, color, speed, grit and package quantity before ordering. Screen colors can differ from physical materials. Follow current product labels, safety data sheets, technical data sheets and applicable requirements. Automotive-refinishing products may involve health, fire, environmental and transportation risks and require appropriate training, ventilation, protective equipment and handling.

Website summaries do not replace product safety instructions. Contact us if information you need is missing or unclear. A related-product display alone does not establish compatibility; consult the applicable product documentation.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping and handling are disclosed at checkout. Offers and availability can change before an order is placed. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.

If an item is unavailable, an apparent price or description error affects your order, or fulfillment is restricted, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We will not substitute products or increase charges without your agreement. If we cancel an unfulfilled order, we will refund amounts paid for that order as applicable.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy describes rates, estimates, handling charges and destination restrictions. Our Refund Policy describes return eligibility, fees, refunds and cancellations. These policies apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms eliminates mandatory delivery, cancellation, refund or product-remedy rights.

Manufacturer warranties

PBE Direct does not offer a separate additional express product warranty. Any available manufacturer warranty is governed by its own written terms and eligibility requirements; not every product necessarily carries one. Contact us for help finding the relevant warranty information. This does not exclude warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information practices. Purchases made directly through third-party marketplaces may also be governed by their terms and buyer protections; these terms do not override mandatory marketplace rules.

Intellectual property and website availability

High Teck and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. PBE Direct does not claim ownership of those marks. Do not reproduce protected site content without permission from the applicable rights holder, except as allowed by law.

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but interruptions and errors may occur. Please report problems using the contact details below. These terms do not exclude responsibility that cannot be excluded by law or require a waiver of nonwaivable consumer protections.

Changes and contact

Updates apply prospectively from the posted effective date. They do not retroactively replace the terms governing an existing purchase unless you agree or applicable law permits or requires it.
